Just to let you know that your suggestions have been a great success…. The damp patches in the lounge have gone, and the humidity has gone down from the high 70s to 51%, and there’s no musty smell anymore.
So glad we didn’t spend thousands on the damp proofing recommended by “Roy Rogers and Co”.

When I think of all the advice received, even from the management company, all of which was wrong, it makes you wonder what the rest of the country is suffering. As the assessor said, your report unfortunately identified the source & there is no getting away from that. It took forever due to the incompetence of the so-called experts we relied on. Thanks for your ongoing help, if only Jeff had done that article earlier in the year.
